What Terramind is

Terramind is an AI workspace for teams. Chat, code, documents, tasks, social publishing, and marketing analytics live in one place, run by an assistant called Atlas. You can connect Google services to Terramind, and it uses them only when you ask it to, for the features described on this page.

Google sign-in

Your name, email address, and profile picture, used to create your Terramind account, sign you in, and show who is signed in.

Gmail

When you connect your inbox, Atlas reads the messages you ask about, drafts and sends the replies you approve, and archives or labels messages as you direct. If you turn on the inbox sweep in Terramind Spaces, it reads new mail only to surface follow-ups and tasks for you.

Google Calendar

Reads your events and creates, updates, or deletes the events you ask for.

YouTube

Uploads the videos you schedule in Terramind Spaces with the title, description, and privacy setting you choose, adds them to the playlist you pick, and shows which channel is connected and whether each upload has finished processing. It lists comments on your own videos and posts the replies you write, and shows your channel and video analytics (views, watch time, engagement) in the Performance view. Terramind uses YouTube API Services; by connecting a channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager

Lists the Google Analytics 4 properties, Search Console sites, and Tag Manager containers you can access so you can choose which ones to connect, then shows their sessions, traffic sources, landing pages, and search queries, clicks, and positions in the Terramind Analytics view, and checks that your tracking is installed correctly.

If you ask Terramind to set up or fix your tracking, it proposes each change and makes it only after you approve it on screen: creating key events, custom dimensions, and audiences in Google Analytics, adding your site and submitting its sitemap in Search Console, and building and publishing the tags for your tracking plan in Tag Manager. Every applied change is logged and can be undone. Atlas can suggest a tracking change but cannot make one without your approval.

Google Ads

Shows spend and results for the Google Ads accounts you connect. Only after you confirm a change on screen, it pauses or resumes campaigns, ad groups, and ads, changes a campaign budget or end date, or creates a campaign, which always starts paused. If you set it up, it uploads your own offline conversions to your own Google Ads account through the Data Manager API, hashed as Google requires. Atlas can suggest an ad change but cannot make one without your confirmation.

Google Business Profile

Lists the business locations you manage and publishes the posts you schedule to them.

Your control

Terramind never sells Google user data, never uses it for advertising, and never uses it to train AI models. Its use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can disconnect a service inside Terramind or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions at any time. Section 13 of the Privacy Policy lists every permission and how it is used.
