Include the product you are using and a short description of what you need. If your question concerns the public API, include the endpoint and request ID when one is available. Never send an API key, password, access token, or other secret by email.

Developers can often get a faster answer from the public API reference and OpenAPI specification. They document authentication, request and response schemas, rate limits, errors, model discovery, storage, and Studio generation endpoints in formats that people and software agents can read.

Email legal@terramind.com for privacy requests, questions about personal information, or legal notices. The privacy policy explains what Terramind collects, why it is processed, how information is shared and retained, and the rights available in different jurisdictions. The Platform Service Terms govern use of Terramind services.

For account-specific support, write from the email address connected to your Terramind account. We may need to verify your identity before discussing account data or acting on a privacy request. This protects the account and keeps private information from being disclosed to the wrong person.
